This page explains what information PtahCast collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
When you submit the "Request info" or "Start a trial" form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your company name. The trial form also asks for team size and a message; both are optional. That's the full set of fields — we don't ask for anything else, and there are no hidden fields collecting more than what you can see.
Like most websites, our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We don't currently run any analytics or advertising tracking on this site.
This site sets one cookie: a session cookie used for basic site security (CSRF protection) and to keep admin users logged in. It isn't used for tracking or advertising, and it isn't shared with any third party. If that ever changes, this page will be updated to say so.
Information from the forms is used to reply to your question or to set up and follow up on a trial. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. Sending you a reply may involve a transactional email provider, which only sees what's needed to deliver that email.
We keep submitted information for as long as it's useful for responding to you and maintaining the relationship if you become a customer. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see "Your rights" below.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ptahcast.com and we'll sort it out directly — no ticketing system, same as everything else on this site.
If how we collect or use information changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
